The real poet publishes his shit himself...!

Enjoy.

In this twentieth century to stop rushing around, to sit quietly on the grass, to switch off the world and come back to the earth, to allow the eye to see a willow, a bush, a cloud, a leaf, is 'an unforgettable experience'...

Frederick Franck, The Zen of Seeing
Smile, breathe, and go slowly.

Thich Nhat Hanh

If you want to go down deep you do not need to travel far; indeed you don't have to leave your most immediate and familiar surroundings.

L. Wittgenstein, Culture & Value.

In a way there are as many Glasgows as there are eyes to see it. It is a diamond with as many facets as there are people in it.

R.D. Laing, Cities.

Sloth Philosophy

To rush or hurry is evidence of one's mismanagement of time. Furthermore, it is an admission of one's ineptitude at a fundamental level of existence. When one 'loses' time in accordance with one's Nature, one slips out of the seasonal, rhythmic Self and becomes instead a rigid static entity, unseasoned and without flavour. One cannot learn of Time by living in a city.
Never hurry.

G. I. Gurdjieff

Earth paths, sky paths, stone paths, the body-mind loves them all and moves along them into a deeper and deeper reality.

Kenneth White, House of Tides.

INTO AN OCEAN OF FORGETTING

Forget your eyes
And ears
Your branches, your leaves;
Don’t think! Don’t do, don’t not do,
Don’t listen, don’t not listen,
Don’t be, don’t not be -
Don’t recall, don’t remember -
There is no need -
Your memory is here, your mind too;
Just
be still
and gather them.

To know the self is to forget the self; to forget the self is to be awakened by all things.

The ‘I’
Is inscribed
By poetry

WINTER, THIS ANIMAL

Winter, this animal
that I try to tame
claws and scratches,
will not remain
in the light...
It's not 'photography'
not 'poetry'

It's walking-seeing
light-heart
